The role of this Research laboratory is to also analyse through our new ValiQuest® validation services, the handling of each customer so as to provide the best solutions in terms of user safety.

With the assistance of our chemical handling specialists and the investigation questionnaire from the ValiQuest® service, our erlab® R&D laboratory analyses your questionnaire so that our customer department can help you to choose the most appropriate captair® ductless fume enclosure in accordance with your handling.

Furthermore, our after-sale service department can take care of the maintenance of your ductless fume hood and in case of changes in your chemical handling can determine if a new filter type is needed to make sure that your captair® product will always bring you the best performance with regards to user safety.

All our products are subject to rigorous quality control tests.
All prototypes are tested in our applied control test laboratory by our chemists and technicians and do not come out of the factory until they fully comply with the most demanding filtration and containment standards.
